Dr. Asif Iqbal Ahmed MBBS, MD (Psychiatry) - Founder

Dr Asif Iqbal Ahmed, formerly Senior Adviser (Psychiatry) is a Gold Medalist Post Graduate in Psychiatry (1995) from AFMC Pune. He retired as Colonel from the Army Medical Corps where he rendered yeoman service for 25 years in the Armed Forces Healthcare. During his illustrious career he received Chief Of Naval Staff Commendation and citations for Vishist Sewa Medal and Naosena Medal for devotion to duty while catering to the Mental Health needs of the community.

He specializes in comprehensive psychological care utilizing solution-focused treatment to a wide range of problems ranging from Depression, Addictions, Schizophrenia, Anxiety and Stress-Related Disorders, Childhood Disorders, Dementia and other age-related disorders

He worked extensively with troops of the Indian Armed Forces on Stress Management, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol Abuse conducting workshops for about 10,000 troops across the country to create awareness on these important issues.

Apart from being a passionate practitioner, he is also a popular teacher being much sought after by younger colleagues for his vast experience and acumen.

His areas of interest are Depressive Disorders and Geriatric Ailments. His mission is to reduce Stigma towards Psychiatry patients by creating awareness thereby ensuring more needy people receive appropriate treatment.

Ranveer Singh (Chief Behaviour Modification Therapist)
His main area of work lies in the field of behavior modification of clients with Substance abuse and those with chronic and acute organic mental illness. Ranveer Singh has attained his degree from the California Hypnosis Institute. He is a member of American Hypnosis Association.

He has extensive experience of over 15 years of running a Halfway Alone for substance use (Alcohol & Narcotics) where he provided Holistic Care and was successful in recovery of hundreds of patients.

He is also a certified Family and Marital Therapist and has benefited hundreds of families and couples.

He excels in working with Borderline Patients and diagnosis of BPD.

He has benefited client's world over especially from UK, Scotland, USA, Nepal, Kenya, Zambia and many more from African sub continent. As part of community outreach he has designed many successful ongoing drug awareness programs for school and college going teenagers and conducted various awareness programs & workshops nationally with schools and Companies.


Bhavna Barmi ( Clinical Psychologist & Child Therapist)

Bhavna Barmi is an internationally acclaimed psychologist. She heads a Stress Clinic & Psychological OPD at the Fortis Escort Heart Institute, New Delhi.

She specializes in relationship management and parenting concerns and is a recognized expert in psychometric testing, career & performance development. She has worked with over 100 corporate and is the on panel psychologist for organization like NIIT, CGDA & AAI. Bhavna has also contributed in coordination of the Pan African Indo-Asia project to increase awareness of mental health. She specializes in conducting Stress Management workshops and life style management Programs in India and Overseas and has worked with over 100 schools and educational institutions nationally &approx 10 lakh students on modules like living in Balance, Growing up Right, Academic Enhancement, Get Active etc.

Air Vice Marshal (Dr) R K Ganjoo Retd AVSM VSM - Medical Advisor & Chief Consultant

Dr. R K Ganjoo alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College, Pune University 1972 is a Post Graduate MD (Gen Med) 1980 and Certified Clinical Haematologist (Royal College of Physicians, London) St Bartholomew's Hospital, London, UK 1993.

He is a clinician and Medical Administrator par excellence and provides Physician consultations to patients of PsyCare. His illustrious career includes DIRECTOR MEDICAL SIR GANGA RAM HOSPITAL (SGRH), NEW DELHI. He was responsible for overseeing NABH & ISO certification, overall supervision of medical staff and performance reviews of the Medical Departments. He is also a recognized Post Graduate teacher of RGUHS.

In addition to clinical work he provides guidance in defining and implementing the standard operating procedures for all medical departments and facilities and ensuring strict adherence to the same at PsyCare. He is also involved in perspective planning which includes designing service and quality roadmaps for the hospital.
